Brunswick County Democratic Party Chairman Eric Terashima has won the N.C. Residence District 17 main amassing 70.7% of the vote with all precincts reporting Tuesday night.

Fellow Democratic challenger Edward McKeithan attained 29% of the vote. Terashima could not be reached for remark Tuesday night.
