New women’s boutique opens in Hailey
A new women’s clothing boutique has opened at 400 N. Principal St., Device B3, in Hailey. The shop, termed Hailey Heritage, is owned by Raiza Giorgi, a newer transplant to the valley.
“While my household and I are new to the valley as people, my aunt, cousins and (late) grandmother have lived in Ketchum and Hailey given that the 1970s. My partner was made available an incredible job below and we resolved to make the go past summertime,” Giorgi said in a push launch.
Originally from the Santa Ynez Valley in California, Giorgi not too long ago bought the Santa Ynez Valley Star newspaper at the starting of 2022. A wine and cheese shop and wine bar has opened at 360 East Ave N., the web page of Ketchum’s previous City Sq. Tavern restaurant. Scout Wine & Cheese is a “a celebration of very good wine, very good foods and community” begun by two mates, according to its web site. Its wine checklist is focused on “family-operate, smaller estates creating excellent wines in each basic and new environment types.”
Scout Wine & Cheese also delivers to-go charcuterie boards, a beer menu and non-alcoholic drinks as nicely as “cheese from the U.S. and Europe, remedied meat and considerate bar snacks.”
